We capitalized on our purchasing power and bulk buying so we can pass the savings on to you. We have a large, specialized inventory. We stock many highly specialized products and most are not listed on our site due to the shear number of working parts in the microscope. If you do not find what you are looking for, call us for help.Most parts are in stock and usually ship the same day or next day an order is received. You will be notified by email when your order ships. If any part is not in stock, you will not be charged until we ship the item. Also, we will notify you of any back ordered items giving you the option to either cancel your order or wait. In extreme cases, we sometimes have to wait for parts to arrive fromJapan. We will also try to give you an ETA on any backordered products. We have a knowledgeable, friendly staff ready to provide assistance in solving problems.
