PM/Calibration Reports Access Center
Hospitals, laboratories and clinics we service can view and download their microscope preventive maintenance (PM), calibration and repair reports online, any time. Each customer has its own folder with their reports from the last three years, and new reports are added after every visit.
How to open your reports
- Scan the QR code on the Atlanta Microscope Service sticker on your microscope with your phone camera, or click the link we emailed you.
- Your folder opens right away. No sign-in, account or password is needed.
- Open or download any report. Reports are PDFs and work on a phone, tablet or computer.
About your link
Each customer has their own link that opens only their folder. Reports are view-only, so they can't be changed or deleted. Anyone who has your link or scans your sticker can view the reports, so please share it only with your staff.
